Man you used to down to the local anime store and you would see Maijin Buu action figures staring at you right next to the silk screened Goku shirts. Then you would go home and look up those spoilers on the fansites, and then mom would get mad at you because you accidentally clicked on the link that took you to the special section with the DBZ and Sailor Moon "crossover".
@genericbrotagonist: They've never played Kingdom Hearts, so they don't know the pain of the cutscene before the Riku fight.
Nothing like a nice two and half minute cutscene before the hardest fight in the game to that point.
Also I loaded up my Ghost Babel save from the first time I played it a couple of years ago. 3 hours 6 minutes, 8 rations used, spotted and killed enemies less than 20 times each. Codename: Tarantura (Good proof reading, developers)
We already know Dan killed over a hundred people a couple of episodes ago. His result screen should be interesting.
You can avoid the long elevators around the Citadel by using the transport terminals to get around instead. The elevators are hard coded to be a certain length to fit the conversations that happen in them, the loading screen triggered by the transport terminals don't have this issue.
Also the Normandy elevator doesn't have this problem either, and will finish almost instantly, since it doesn't have a hard coded duration due to no conversations taking place in it. They fixed that one.
I feel like Mass Effect 3 is where new Bioware turned in to New New Bioware.
The overarching story in that game is so clunky overall. I don't get why people single out the ending when everything bar some of the individual planet-side missions are so bad.
I don't get this argument around empathy. I can empathize with how frustrating it is when people tell you how to do your job, I can empathize with the desire to lash out against people. I can empathize with losing a job.
I cannot sympathize with her response at all. Every single job I ever had, if I lashed out like that I would lose that job or be on very thin ice. Rightly so I think. Escalation is not the right response in such situations, either professionally or from a point of decency.
Welcome to the real world, where it turns out that insulting your customers and being overly hostile has consequences. Every job I have ever worked, from theme park ride operator to contracting officer would absolutely discipline me if I insulted clients the way Price did.
I am sure ArenaNet has a social media policy, even the animal shelter I volunteered at one summer had one. If so, it would indisputably constitute a firing for cause, and doing it on social media only leaves a huge trail of evidence.
Social media is never really private, and you always need to watch what you scream in the middle of the town square.
Fire Emblem has always been better than the Advance Wars series and Nintendo is right to ignore that trash and make something good.
Now that I got the Giant Bomb style E3 commentary hyperbole out of the way, yeah it would be nice to see a new Advance Wars, but Fire Emblem eclipsed that series in popularity starting with Awakening. IS is releasing what sells, and as someone who always preferred FE to AW (loved both in the GBA days though) I am okay with this. Advance Wars Day of Ruin sold 130k copies worldwide. Fire Emblem Awakening sold around 2 million. I don't see Advance Wars being a priority for them any time soon.
