Like in terms of story, setpiece, moments, characters ect.
Personally I think I would have to go for GTA IV's campaign, the story was the best in the series, it had tons of memorable moments, it didn't drag on like past GTAs, great writing and awesome setpieces like saving Roman from being kidnapped in that building. I also liked, UC2, Bioshock, Dead Space and Half-Life 2. You?
