I experienced this during World of Warcraft PvP. Not really battlegrounds but more world PvP. Also during certain raid encounters. I better stop talking about WoW since I'm on a 5 month break.
More recently, I experienced this in MW2... when you get killstreaks going or times when you clearly should have died but due to bad aim on the other players part, you're still alive... then you waste him with your screen all blood covered and red. Good times.
I happened to buy the "I <3 VAGINAS" vinyl... does anyone know if "offensive" vinyls get pulled from people who have already purchased them? While I clearly have no interest in displaying penises on my car, I do enjoy a funny bumper sticker.
On a sidenote, I'm pleased that Turn10 is open minded about the 420 related vinyls. I got a sweet giant zigzag man on my car complimented with a nice peace leaf.
His special is classic & on youtube, there's a video of him destroying a heckling Philly crowd. By the end of his set, the crowd gave him a standing ovation. Amazing stuff.
There was a "Update FAQ: What Did This Update Do?" (or something to that effect) section on Xbox live dashboard. It said this last update was for router support for a new type being released in November. According to the FAQ, this was not the Facebook, Twitter, Zune, Last.fm update.
When I read about the inspiration for the song and listened to it again, I was pretty blown away. I could totally picture the hardcore Vikings doing their thing.
Quoted from Immigrant Song - Wikipedia:
The song is dedicated to the Icelander Leif Ericson, and is sung from the perspective of Vikings rowing west from Scandinavia in search of new lands. The lyrics make explicit reference to Viking conquests and the Old Norse religion (Fight the horde, sing and cry, Valhalla, I am coming!). In a 1970 radio interview, Plant jokingly recalled:
We went to Iceland, and it made you think of Vikings and big ships... and John Bonham's stomach... and bang, there it was - Immigrant Song!
