Infinite was more fun by far. TLoU had a good story but the gameplay is bland and repetitive. There is no real challenge in having to move around the environments in non-combat scenarios. Gameplay is much more important that storyline in a game, if I want storyline I'll read a book or watch a movie.
Population still seems to be there. Combat isn't that different but it is still fun, even more fun than WoW since I don't think you actually run out of mana while leveling :P
@jaqen_hghar: $30 bucks is saying this game has, or will have half as much content as a same-genre AAA game. They are at about a quarter at this point. The ""only" get people who really want to play this" line is laughable, really. I can guarantee you that bug-squashing has nothing to do with it. I don't see how pricing people out of it, like-me, helps the bug situation in any respect. The reason Minecraft did so well is because they actually had a reduced price in early stages because they saw the value in it, bugs were squashed and it garnered immense popularity, it managed to get to its potential.
Even after watching the quick look, I really feel like 30$ for this alpha build is a bit too much. I know I'm not the only person thinking it. One lot size to build on, a lot of bugs and WIP content. (That I could see from the quick look).
Look on the Dota 2 trading websites, some people have trades up there for in-game items, steam games, or real money. They're all asshole scalpers though who you shouldn't buy from.
I think he means the post-processing setting that isn't normal. It says normal is "the way it meant to look". I can see a discernible difference with the ultra setting which my 660ti has trouble handling because of the apparent 1GB VRAM cap.
