Civ V & F1 2010: an unlikely combination

I went to my usual game store on Saturday and bought Civ V. And even if I'm not usually a big strategy games' fan (only cause they consume a lot of my time, and I can't really afford it), it wasn't really a surprise that I ended up buying it-- I always knew it would be a matter of time. Now, what I was definitely not expecting is that I would leave the store with two games in my hand, the second one being F1 2010.
Let's put things this way: apart from having played a bit of DiRT 2 earlier this year, the last racing game I ever put my hands on was the 1996 PC classic GP 2. Also, I haven't seen a Formula One racing for way over than 5 years-- I don't even know most of the drivers' names these days. So what made me buy this game? The correct answer is that I'm not exactly sure, but the probable answer is likely to be due to nostalgia; I spent a great deal of hours playing GP 2 at my neighbors house back in the day (didn't own a PC back then) and I remember it being so much fun that when I saw the box of F1 2010 at the store I probably ended up being overtaken by some bad case of... well, there's no other way to put it, a bad case of "lameness" :P

So yeah, I ended up buying Civ V, and F1 2010. I've been playing Civ V a lot (more than I should, really... but the game really is THAT good!). As for F1, I've only done 3 races so far, I think. And it's been enjoyable, actually. The game's interface very much resembles that of DiRT 2 and the long career mode (where you have to start with one of the worst teams and work your way up during 7 years) has been challenging so far. This is gonna sound odd, but I actually feel like I bought a good "casual game", lol.
I feel like my 7 year long career is actually gonna take quite some time to accomplish, hehe :)

How to change a page's default image? I've more than 5000 points

Some games I've edited have screenshots as their default image, and I wanted to replace them with a proper a boxart picture. Thus, I've been wondering for quite a while on how to change the main image on any given page.
I do have way more than 5000 wiki points (which I know, is a requirement), but still I can't seem to be able to figure out how to do it. The solution is probably right in front of my nose, but so far I've been "blind" to it.

If any of you guys could let me know how to do this, that would be great. Thanks in advance!

Edit: I've been shown the way, hehe. Case closed. Thanks to all the viewers, nonetheless!

Gaming Soundtrack CDs almost for free!

This morning, I found a really tiny but welcoming second-hand Vinyl / CD store. I was looking to sell some of mine, and eventually came across it through the suggestion of a friend.

I ended up not being able to sell any of my own, 'cause the old man who owns and runs the store is retiring soon, so he wasn't buying anything else any more, just selling. So, I was already on my way out when I noticed something in the corner of my eye-- let's say it was a "calling", for the sake of storytelling, hehe. Anyway, there was a whole box of CDs with something handwritten on its side:

!!!   €1.5 each CD   !!!

"Oh wow, that's cheap, lemme check what's in it", I thought. And it turns out almost all of the CDs inside that box were gaming soundtracks -- which apparently really don't sell well -- and there were some really awesome titles there, to top it all. I spoke with the really nice old man and ended up buying 10 CDs and making yet another deal with him too. I told him I was very interested in buying a lot more of those when I had more money with me and he said that if I bought over 25, he'd make them €1 each! So yeah, I chose about 40 of them or so, maybe more even, and he set them aside for me, behind the counter.
I'll be back there soon, and add yet even more soundtracks to my already quite big collection of music composed for games. It's nearly not as big as my movie OST's collection, but with the 10 I bought today and these 40-ish that I'll be bringing home soon, it'll start to look like a very respectable one.

I'll probably make a list and post it here on GB when I go back to purchase the rest :)

XP on status bar and XP on Quest's page are not the same

I just noticed this... anyone has any idea why my quest status bar shows 37,806 XP and my Quests' page shows 39,156 total XP earned by quests??
It's not like I live for the quests, but that's still a difference of 1350 points... is it supposed to be like that?
Also, I wonder if more people are experiencing this..... I'm calling it... bug.

Empire's Greatest Video Game Characters

I'm always quite fearful of these so called "lists", 'cause they usually tend to turn out being more "popularity-based" than anything else, but this is actually quite a balanced one.

Of course I'd change a few things and place some heroes in higher positions (Solid Snake and Duke Nukem, among others) while ranking others a bit down (Lara Croft and Master Chief, for example). Also, I'd definitely add Commander Shepard (Mass Effect), Sam Fisher (Splinter Cell), JC Denton (Deus Ex) and Kurt Hectic (MDK) to the list, but all in all I mostly agree with it.

Kudos to The Nameless One and to Guybrush Threepwood for being in well deserved places and also a special mention to the one who is, in my opinion, the greatest villain of all times-- Shodan!

Finally, guess who's number one over Mario again? In the ONE FREE MAN we trust, hehe
