Yeah, as long as people keep biting his bait, he'll keep the heel going. You'd think people would have learned after this gem of a quicklook. Even 'Jeremiah' acknowledged that its in part a performance ;)
Wow... not sure how I missed that originally, but that bit was fun and the response in the comment section was amazing. Dan is smarter and more self aware than people give him credit for - he's got his act down to a T.
Boy, that Mars colonization bit went on a while... I had to skip through it after a couple of minutes. I can appreciate Old Dan every once in a while, but that was... painful.
I would pay full price for a really good crash mode game with large outdoor environments, selectable cars, etc., but this just seems way too small and confined to be much fun.
Fantastic game; I'm 26 hours in, playing it on Xbox One, and there is no "jank" to speak of. Combat is difficult - at first. But with the addition of your various powers, it becomes far less frustrating fairly quickly. There's a really nice strategic element to it as well once you progress and discover the various strengths/weaknesses of the enemies. Juggling your weapons/powers for maximum effect is very entertaining.
It's sad to see this game get a bad rap due to a buggy demo (particularly on the PS4 side) and Bethesda's review policy.
But if you're a fan Deus Ex, BioShock, Thief, Dishonored, etc. - do yourself a favor and pick this one up.
