Watch this. Guilty pleasures are stupid.

And telling other people what they enjoy is wrong is also stupid.

Also when I saw Dara O'Briain live he was a massive prick, so it seems you're in good company.

I realise there are quite a few forums discussing dubstep, but hopefully this is original enough as a place to post the best of the silly or funniest stuff you've heard.

For instance, remixes of TV themes, video games or other songs that aren't 'proper' dubstep but more of a guilty pleasure?

Personally I dislike serious dubstep as a genre, but I love the Mart815 remixes, Daymanstep, Jurassic Park Krookz remix and whatever the Persona 4 dubstep off the GB TM2 server is, all for a bit of silly fun to listen to at parties and with friends.

Please show me what you've got!

Personally I had a Les Paul Epiphone copy (http://www.epiphone.com/Products/Les-Paul/Les-Paul-Special-II.aspx ) for my first guitar and found it fine, I still use it at points ten years later.

I think as long as the action isn't painful to the point of putting her off playing due to the difficulty, I wouldn't worry much about many other things. It's more to just develop technique than anything.

That said, if she's played guitar before, then it might be worth going for something a bit better, especially if you're sure she'll stick with it. Maybe try extending your budget by splitting with someone else? If not, then do your best but understand it's not overly important in terms of quality - just comfort.

Taking a break due to being an English Lit student and therefore spending most of the year reading three+ books a week stressfully. I really loved Moby Dick, Arkham Asylum (Morrison and Mckean), Light in August and the Book of Daniel for my course this year, though.

@super2j: Rainmeter. The clock is from the Elegance2 theme, and the rest (like the HDD and usage bars) are from the Simply Nova pack!

I got stuck up against a rock and a tree while crazy scythe-wielding shadow people slashed me to death in Alan Wake. :(

The fifty or so previously were me getting battered by over-powered enemies in a co-op game of DIII where I was twenty levels lower than everyone else.

I have friends who played it for 15 hours straight, and did plan to join them. Instead, I've played roughly an act or half an act each day, and find it much nicer instead of making my wrists ache. It's nothing close to how addictive I remember D2 and LOD being.

Hey guys, I just need some confirmation about a graphics card to run Diablo 3. According to the wiki, D3 requires a min graphics card NVIDIA® GeForce® 7800 GT or ATI Radeon™ X1950 Pro or better.

I have just checked my computers specs, and it says the grpahics card is: Intel HD Graphics 3000 ("up to 1760 MB Dynamic Video Memory")

Sorry guys, but will this graphics card be abe to run D3 on its lowest setting?

For the record, my comp meets all the other required specs.

If you reply, please tag me in it so I don't miss it.

Thanks heaps!

If it's of any help I'm currently using my laptop with the integrated HD 4200 which I would guess is not too far removed from yours (mine has 'Dynamic Memory' of 1,920MB).

Diablo III runs at lowest settings easily, and I can even boost the resolution and textures a bit with little impact on the smoothness. The 'atmosphere' is not ruined at all.

But as with anything, it depends on your card so a guest pass (if you can get one) or another way of actually running it might be helpful than me, sorry!

Here's another for anyone else who wants a pass:

RZ9J??-DETT-MMTNE9-F4ZJ-EG9ZNB :: ?? is the meaning of life, the universe and everything, plus the number of characters Mike Myers plays in the first Austin Powers, plus 196(_), the year A Hard Day's Night was released.
