Do it, get somewhere behind the goat, and pull on the rope.  I assure you, the ensuing sound effect is well hilarious and worth it.

I wholeheartedly agree.   One of the reasons I stopped posting here - I use it as my main entertaining games-news source - was because these aspects of the community weren't promoted.  The spirit of the site, with its wiki-style editing and sweet database, would be fulfilled even more with the inclusion of these minor perks for dedicated members of GB.  Think of it like DeviantART for games - features and feedback - but with fewer furries.

Nope.  That's a pretty legit analysis of the conclusion.  The Land of the Free - and crime - is empty, a facade; the ending reflects that idea very well.

Some nice ideas there, Hamz.  I would have a lot of fun batting grenades with a Scout, o yah.

The only thing that ever really bugs me is when an engineer can sit his arse on a dispenser and have an uber-sentry for a whole game.   This is usually the undoing of an uncoordinated team.  But when I'm trying to Rambo it, this gets on my nerves, no end.

Usually a mage, or something speedy.

So in fantasy games, that's a mage.  In shooters, it'll be like the Scout in TF2 or Ranger in U2XMP.

Ultimately, the notion that smoking weed should be an offence punishable by jail-time doesn't stand up to reason.

It's a personal decision taken by people for personal reasons.  It's not for everybody.  There are adverse effects.  But those effects can be presented on packaging like with cigarettes; people can be educated as to the problems with ganja; and if people decide the cons do not outweigh the pros, they should be able to smoke weed without fear of repurcussions.  As nearly everybody has said, the problems our societies get from alcohol compared with the problems of weed, are huge.  Where drunks are violent and accident-prone, weed-smokers are docile and harmless.

I wouldn't recommend weed to everyone.  I don't drink.  But it's not my job to go preaching to people about how drinking is like, "totally morally wrong, bro!"

This is the subjective life experience.  Your morals shouldn't trump the morals of other people if the thing you're judging is purely victimless.  Just because you know someone who got fucked by drugs doesn't mean everybody is doomed to the same fate.  No point going 100% on either side of the argument.  Human beings vary too much for any person to make an 100% blanket judgement on weed and its implications.

Decriminalise it, tax it, educate the public about it - and in doing so, cut gang revenue, improve toking health and safety, and have a little consistency on personal freedom.  Have faith that people will know when the drug is not for them, and try to bail out those who fall too far.  Shit happens, but why send people to jail in the names of the few who can't handle a little herbal smoky-smoke?

It's not that hard to believe, given that whole technological boom recently, giving most Western households more foodstuffs, wireless phones and tellyboxes than the WWII generation could've drooled over.

We the computer generation.  And we prefer games to reality.  Yaaay!

Maybe it's because the last president of the United States strong-armed our country into That Pointless War.

It's the unfortunate truth that whoever becomes El Presidente will have an effect on very important international policy and relationships.  Maybe some of us are just interested to see if Americans get it right this time.
