@bobjam: I think it usually sounds dismissive because he doesn't explain his reasoning. He usually has very accurate reasons for not liking something that I've always been able to understand. But the problem is no one really pushes him to explain. He needs someone like Austin to press him into those situations.

The Buse was my first elusive target. I thought I was gonna do something cool but it just ended with me getting frustrated, shooting him with the silenced pistol while he recites fake Shakespeare, and then running over to the getaway vehicle. Pretty uneventful.

Although I did snipe him from the belltower and that didn't seem to work. Second time it actually put ol' Busey down.
