We lost a child VERY late term (had schedule a stillborn delivery) and it was traumatic. I’m really not the type to do so, but I’ve shed more than a few tears reading your story.

Hang in there. Be there for your wife. Save some time for your own grief...heal and stay well. Time will pass and you’ll decide where you want to go from here. Don’t rush it. Just get back to feeling normal and whole for now, give yourself the time you need.

You have my sincere love and sympathy. Whatever it feels like today, remember you will pull through.

A friend of mine went through the same thing, it's awful and you have my most heartfelt condolences. I hope you and your wife pulls through and moves forward together for a better tomorrow. I used this site and community a lot in the same way when I went through my divorce two years ago, it's a nice feeling to have something to keep you busy and use as a slight escapism when life becomes heavier than we wish. Keep fighting the good fight for yourself and your wife, much love to you two.
