Is it possible to upload or copy-paste text into guides? I have a longish Civ Revolution guide with a zillion subsections, which would be a real pain (read: probably too much of a pain to be worth doing) to manually re-enter into the Giantbomb interface.

Just wait for CoD 6. Treyarch have just done a lot of art for jungle combat, flamethrowers and so on, which IW would be able to reuse. +1 bet for CoD6: Vietnam!

Thank Jebus! (or whatever other deity/scientific principle you believe in) The major/minor stuff in Oblivion ruined the game for me, since it forced you to grind stuff you were rubbish at. Standard RPG-levelling system = going on my Xmas list. Cheers!

I'm liking the look of Fallout 3, but having played Oblivion I have one question to ask*. Does F3 use the same "major skill/minor skill" levelling system as Oblivion?

*Reason: I hated it

Yes - all of the micromanagement (having to build individual workers and give them per-square assignments, for example) from the previous Civ games has been removed.

Depends. If you've got a 1080p TV (no worthwhile difference from upscaled DVD on 720p) and don't already have a Bluray player, go for the PS3. If not (or if you aren't bothered about movies) then go for the Wii, The 360 and the PS3 (much as the fanboys hate to admit it) have essentially the same types of games, with their respective exclusives primarily being similar to each other - for example Gran Turismo and Forza. So a PS3 won't give you much as a second console (same as a 360 wouldn't for a PS3 owner) compared to the Wii.

Since Vader/Anakin was essentially the most powerful Jedi in the galaxy, it would be hard to make a balanced game with you playing as Vader for all of it.

Since people seem to be agreed that the gameplay shouldn't change much if at all, I've come up with a list of minor tweaks from other games that I think could make the game better without actually changing it much:
a) The 'hidden interaction' exclamation mark from FFIX. I only realised how much I miss that when I was looking for Occult Fan I on my newest playthrough.
b) Remastered models, textures etc. - not redrawn, just given greater detail than was possible in the standard def era
c) Keep the FMV sequences - presumably they still have the original assets that the FMVs were rendered from, so (after the same updating as the ingame assets) it shouldn't be _too_ difficult to produce an HD copy of the originals
d) If they were to have in-game battles, still keep the screen flash sound and visual effects - they were great, and would be preferable to having the monsters jump out of walls or appear out of nowhere two feet away Tales of Symphonia-style

I was going to add my games collection to my GiantBomb profile, but when I select 'Add to collection' from a game page, the 'My Collection' button is greyed out. Is this feature not enabled on GB yet, is it something you can only unlock by reaching a certain user level, or am I doing something wrong?

I really don't like the feel of the cover, so I don't use it. It helps that I have sufficient IQ to realise that playing Wii Sports baseball doesn't mean I have to detach the wriststrap and physically throw the Wiimote through the TV screen I guess :P
