I detest this movie for its thumbnail picture already.
I couldn't care less about modern cars being crashed in movies, but everytime I see a classic (like the Mustang in the still) get wrecked I want to cry. These things are pieces of art to me, I love car design from years past, there is only a limited number of those old timers left, and watching them get destroyed for a stupid 5 second setpiece drives me up the walls.
Sigh. Vented. Apart from this personal pet peeve, this series has been extraordinarily fun to watch and listen to. I'd love to see more Film & 40s in the future! (Watch responsibly.)
I have the original Blu-ray that has both versions.
I've normally been watching these on Saturday afternoon. I might try and get this one in tonight. I'm very excited to watch it again, though I like 6 better.
Fast and Furious was even more enjoyable than normal with this commentary. It's a good movie that's got the series back on track. Tokyo Drift nearly ended the franchise but Lin was given another show with this one and he and the writers got it figured out. It really is a good setup for everything that's about to come.
I think their commentaries on Fast Five and Furious 6 are going to be some of the most amazing content the site has ever produced.
And why can't Bad Boys 1 and 2 be Film and 40's editions??
