No film on Earth is or will ever be worth doing that. I didn't even know it was due to be released soon. I'll probably wait until it comes on TV or torrent it. I don't bother with the cinema anymore.
The first thing to do is get the story down until you like it, then scour that story for themes. IMO, one of the most important things with interconnecting storylines is a strong central theme, or themes, that runs through them all. Instead of giving different perspectives of these sub-cultures, why not push forward that which connects them? If I wanted to see a movie about NWA, i'd see a full-feature, instead of getting a piecemeal and then jumping over to another aspect of culture.
I think you should do what you want. Unless your asking what we want as a barometer for what you think you should do. In which case I think you should do what you want.
ok but if you have any advice, i'll welcome it. I'm brainstorming now
I'm interested in the NWA aspect, but I have no interest in seeing a movie that is about grunge. I love Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, and Alice in Chains, but otherwise I HATE GRUNGE.
I was thinking about 3 stories interconnecting like Babel.
One from Los Angeles (NWA era) One from Seattle (Grunge era) One from Sweden (Eurodance)
