Seath. It's Capra Demon 2.0. Fairly small arena because he's so gigantic, he can curse you easily and his other attacks one shot you. Also, to make it that much easier, the camera glitches out and locks to the floor most of the time. Yeah that's real fun.

WOAH. I was just googling how to get that damn bow and here it is. Stupid official guide didn't even say anything about Pharis.
