@ydross: To be fair, the Infinity Blade games were pretty great. One of the best examples of touch screen gaming out there.

So I only watched half of this but, does @austin_walker ever realize/reveal that you can upgrade the camera from the menu? The game never mentions this major feature but he definitely had enough currency to do some major upgrades and then he spent a ton of it on film that he didn't need.

I also wonder what percentage of people guessed who the killer was. There was a moment in Episode 2 where it just hit me like a brick and I realized where this whole thing was going and not a single twist following that surprised me. I felt like with that one scene the writers just tipped their entire hand, but I'd be curious how many others felt like the twists were too obvious.

After finishing it yesterday I was in tears which almost never happens to me when playing a game. I don't think a game has hit me with such a gut busting conclusion since To The Moon. Final episode has the same bad pacing as the rest of the series but my God I don't think I'm ever going to forget that final sequence. I've had a couple moments in games where I really didn't know how to make a choice and despite the concluding choice being the obvious concluding choice that I had expected since Episode 2, the characters and world in this game were so well built I felt like I was in Shophie's Choice even more so than in The Walking Dead or Mass Effect 3.

So I feel like in that last game the first soundchip had better effects but the second one had better music. Now if only someone could create a version with the effects from the first and the music from the second.

I still hold the unpopular opinion of thinking the Uncharted games aren't that great. They have great set pieces, but all the enemies are bullet sponges who don't stagger at all when shot. The combat is just not fun at all.

I'm not sure we played the same games, but the enemies definitely flail around when shot. And they only take a couple of shots with the standard pistol (not counting head-shots or armored units) on normal difficulty.

There is a reason I played all the Uncharted games on easy. The first one does have real bullet sponge enemies and there are waves upon waves of them. They got better in 2 and 3, but the shootouts still went on far too long. I'm really excited to see the AI from The Last of Us being used in 4. Those were great combat encounters.
