This blog is the place I need to vent my excitement for Guriella Games big upcoming shooter, Killzone 2. I'll update this blog continuously with links to videos and such I find around the web over the next few days. For example, heres a video on Gametrailers regarding the class system on KZ. This is the first in a series and talks about the Assualt Badge.

You guys seriously cant be hyped, let alone going to by this over-priced and underwhelming piece of plastic? When the price drops I'll be the first one in line to get it but add $50 and I could just get a Wii... Correct me if Im wrong but cant you just by old-school Nintendo games on your wii via the Virtual Console? So people that bought Mario Bros on their Wii via the VC would then have to pay again to download it on their DSi? How many times does Nintendo expect their user-base to by the same games over and over again? But I guess until people learn why stop.

But I only can afford one system so I bought the system that had the most games coming out this gen I wanted to play,the PS3. Plus I wanted to get the full power of my HDTV. I have a 47" 1080 Sanyo. Dont know why I picked up a Sanyo but thats the one I chose. Got it the same day I picked up my 80GB PS3 about six months ago.

LOL I would cream my pants if they made an amazing Darker than Black videogame! Wow.... its true that I would love to see great manga/anime videogames but game developers dont seem to give a damn about making the game actually good. As long as they throw in the characters, locations, and some of the plot they have succeeded in making the game. But in reality they usually turn out to be garabage. Good AAA games take years to make and the team behind them work hard on every aspect of the title. Anime videogames have a what, one to two year turn out? God of War 3, for example, has been in development for 4.
Developers need to treat anime/manga videogames with the respect the medium deserves...
I really enjoy listening to Brads' voice. Not to mention he has his shit together when it comes to games. But he does seem like he would rather not to some of the questionable things they do on the Bombcast. And that can bring the podcast to a stop.
I just finished watching the videogame awards that was streamable on IGN. It was good to see familiar faces that I havent seen in years. Such as Phil Harrision, who used to be the figure head of the PS3 but moved on to Atari. For those of you who missed the awards I have a list of most of the winners. The list is as follows:

I was completely impressed with LittleBigPlanets' domination of the awards. My dissappointment comes when Metal Gear Solid 4(the game I thought should win GOTY) won one award in its music. What? The game had amazing graphics, a decent if not deep online component, a super involving story line spanning decades and an unforgettable cast of characters. Come on now! Stop screwing Kojima out of his dues!!!!
A couple of the Frag Dolls were there looking good as hell! The host of the show, I forgot his name, cracked some pretty lame jokes except for the Christopher Walken impressions. Did anyone else find the show alittle too long? I had to get up, strech and take a lap around the house since I was sitting down to long. All in all it was a good show but I can see them making it alot better.
