Raw was hurt by the fact that Bryan was on his honeymoon, but what could they do? The Intercontinental tournament is nice way to push that belt and raise it up to secondary championship status. Meanwhile, I think Ambrose may have lost the actual US belt, which is why he never has it and they never mention it. Either that, or he hopes to become the longest reigning US champion of all time because no one remembers he has it. He's coming for you, Lex Luger!

The beat down at the end worked because of the commentary calling out how Evolution needed 11 other guys to beat down The Shield before they came out.

Yeah, Patrick, don't take the OP talk as a negative. From what I saw in the big last stream the majority of chat was using it as a positive "Holy shit, Patrick is so OP murdering these fools!" and laughing watching as you were taking out the bosses. You were OP through hard work in the game and smart levelling. And it's the kind of thing that makes the Souls games fun, when you get into the late game you get strong enough or skilled enough or just plain lucky enough to run through tearing everything up. And it FEELS GOOD! By the time you are taking out enemies that were one hitting you at the beginning of the game in one hit you feel vindicated.

Enjoying the daily, have a blank list when I check the scores. Damn Dota players.

My $60 copy of Battlefield 4 sits beside my TV months after getting it, touched for only a few short minutes. Meanwhile, I have 168 hours of Dota 2 (half of that not playing, but still). I played and loved my full priced Bioshock Infinite. I also bought Tomb Raider for around $12 on a steam sale right after buying my current gaming PC and put 19 hours into it, a game I had not bought at full price because of hesitancy. It became one of my games of the year for last year. Killzone Shadowfall at $60? Still haven't touched it. It's not about price or whether you know there is going to be a sale. It's about opportunity, and with certain sales like Steam sales, they give many of us the opportunity to try a game we might not have otherwise tried. And if there are people who buy a game and never play it just because it was on sale? Well, there are people who do the same thing with a new game at full price.

But as someone who has been in retail management the majority of my working life and have not let people see the majority of my creative works, I look at people who do release their products to the masses with a price from a business standpoint. Because if you are charging money you must feel somewhere that you wish to turn your hard work into profitability over what you see as the investment you put into it. And that requires giving the customers what they want, even if they don't know that they want it.

One problem Bioshock Infinite haters have is that they don't see the separate universes as separate. So Daisy would always be this murderous psychopath in the original universe if you gave her guns. But by this point you are across several possible timelines and into one where Booker helped lead the revolution. It was the part that got to me, is this your Songbird or Comstock? Just like at the end, my Elizabeth wasn't even there for the ending. But more than anything, Irrational told a PULP story that people want to see as "high art" and are disappointed by it for not living up to those lofty standards. Me, I'll take my Doc Savage any day.

So... Mirror's Edge 2 is never going to come out now, is it?
