Halo Infinite is such a lifeless, bare game to me. I have no idea how anyone can enjoy it for more than a couple of hours. It lacks so much basic stuff that it should have for being in development for six years with teams made specifically for the campaign and multiplayer. So bizarre seeing it get so much praise for all its current issues. I'm glad people are having fun with it. I guess I'm just saying it puzzles me. haha
Halo Infinite still doesn't look Next-Gen at all. Maybe they are using all that graphic power of the Series X/S for the story mode, but it looks no different than that disappointing reveal last year to me. Maybe that's why its FTP. And the Trampoline segment was fun. Good UPF in a while.
I believe the Xbox version of the Tech Preview was for the Xbox One, even if playing from a Series X. I'm not sure if the PC version has all the bells and whistles yet either. For example, I don't think Ray Tracing is present in the PC version. It will undoubtedly look much, much better on the Series X and final PC version at launch.
Altoona is about half an hour away from me. It was bizarre to see it in the title and to hear the crew talk about it. I even went to a handful of Curve games myself!
I'm so sad they aren't continuing Kingdom Hearts 1. As someone who never played Kingdom Hearts, and probably never will, I really enjoyed watching Vinny and Jan playthrough it!
