A local search feature doesn't seem like a horrible thing, in fact it seems like a GOOD idea. I've played a ton of games with brits and aussies (I assume on accents alone) those players all had terrible pings and there were a few instances where I saw those players with 0 kills and 20+ deaths. They may suck I will grant you that, but I know a few times I killed them with a ping advantage and nothing more. Even by mistake they could've killed me sometimes.
