@vinnyBtw, remember to finish the Mysterious Stranger quests and other side quests before getting too far with the main story as you can’t come back to Taris.
@alex The Mandalorians are basically like the Krogan, they love to fight. Every BioWare game has a warrior type people.
One thing I really love about these games is the music, there are a lot of good tracks on both KOTORs like the theme in Manaan or Peragus Station. Could easily see the composer’s for these games do music for a Star Wars live action project.
@sakuno: I think the characters in the beginning are unanimously the worst. Bastilla and Carth (Kaiden) suck in every way, the whole way through (MY OPINION, of course!). The other characters are fun and less one-dimensional than some Mass Effect characters IMO. But as for the writing and pacing, yeah it's definitely of its time, and they were trying a more accessible kind of CRPG for the first time. I'm sure they shoehorned in some of that tutorializing so they wouldn't scare off the more mainstream audience that the Star Wars name brings.
But I liked all the other characters other than those 2 first ones, much more so than most ME companions. I played this game after ME, so I'm not one of the grey beards.
People will never be able to spell “Kaidan” xD
