Folklore. It was a launch game I think, back when the PS3 "had no games". I got my PS3 with it and ended up enjoying it immensely, as the combat and setting were really unique. I love that type of Irish folklore so it was really interesting for me to go through it.

it wasnt a launch title really since the ps3 started in 2006 in the us folklore came out in 2007

I just bought my PS3 at the end of the year, so I don't have a lot of recommendations or unrecommendations yet. The Uncharted series is great, and I will not have you talking mess about Ni no Kuni. I was given Rayman Origins and Sonic Unleashed as a gift; I think you can guess which of those two I prefer.

I still have many more games to play, so if you asked this later in the year I'd have way more stuff to say.

om guessing rayman origins because people dont seem to fond of sonic unleashed

meh dragon age is better XD it feels more like a rpg than mass effect does

Different strokes for different folks, but that being said DA2 disappointed me more than any of the faults that ME trilogy combined.

oh no not dragon age 2 i mean origins ^^

i only own dragon age 2 to boost up my collection ^^ and it was cheap (about £5)

My God does anyone remember Haze? What a shit show that was.

Also Best: Burnout Paradise, The Last Of Us, Uncharted 2 (NOT 3....I have my reasons), Killzone 2 before they changed the handling to appease people who just like quick snappy games. I liked that it was heavy.

you know what the sad part is the people who made haze made the awesome time splitters games on ps2 *sights* what a waste

Ah, sweet, this is relevant to me as I literally just bought a PS3 on ebay last week.

So far the only exclusives I have are the two Tales games, though. I do love me some Tales.

got any multiplats? they count aswell in my eyes

My man.

I remember my ex getting Hyperdimension Neptunia, both of us not knowing what it really was and very quickly being horrified at the amount of inane chit chat involved. Definitely a duffer. I wouldn't put FF 13 as a worst personally. It's grown on me in the wake of it's sequels.

It's really hard to foster much meaningful discussion whilst throwing around such loose opinions, but Dragons' Dogma is probably my favourite game of the generation. Shouting out to a few of the quieter PS3 classics, Super Stardust HD was a lot of fun, especially local co-op. Playstation Home needs some sort of Worst award as well, even if it wasn't a game per se.

that wasnt the issue with hyperdemension since you could skip the cutscenes but it was the battle system good god the battle system

it had potential it really did but it blew it it could have been a nice quirky title but instead it became a train wreck of epic proportions
