It's really hard to say- I was kind of in your boat after playing the beta and then reading the reviews, but buy that time my card was already charged and the disc was in the mail. Having popped it in for 3 or so hours tonight, I think my ultimate belief is: yeah, it was worth it. But it mainly depends on how interested you are in playing that particular game over and over again. I think that the burn cards, titans, modes and maps provide enough replayabililty to make it worthwhile, but if the community dries up quickly (a la Halo 4) and the price drops to compensate, I may end up feeling a little burned.

I've got Halo 3 on disc, Halo 3: ODST (with the Halo 3 multiplayer disc) and just downloaded Halo 3 from Xbox Games with Gold last month...

THPS 1, 2, and 3 for N64, 2X and 3 for Xbox.

The only thing that got me was that Todd said he got Jesse Americone Dream and Late Night Snack ice cream, but the ice cream looked to be just vanilla.

@brandonleedy: This is so gorgeous...some ideas potentially- a bomb on the side of the cab (or something else relating to the logo) and a silhouette with a Klepek-fro inside. Just throwing them out there. Top notch work.

This is 100% how I felt (except I will listen to the GOTY podcasts until the end of time...) On another note (and I'm just jumping in on this so I don't know if it was mentioned in one of the past 7 pages) I think it needs to be noted that this sort of stuff probably goes on at every gaming publication- GB is just kind enough to publish the whole thing.

MW2 a balanced game? Huh? Akimbo shotguns, Killstreak rewards, Commando pro?

MW3 spawns are awful, I'll give you that. They didn't seem to be a problem in the last 4 CoD games, so I'm quite confused as to how they fucked that up...but MW3 is definitely a better game than MW2.

If you were saying stick with BlOps instead of MW3 you might have an argument.
