i will endorse the recommendations of Borderlands, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning and Fable II, because they are either shooters with RPG elements, or lightweight RPGs. you seem to dislike the concept of JRPGs from your Final Fantasy comment, so I would recommend steering clear of any of them (much as I have). You have played Mass Effect, apparently, which is probably a good primer for Deus Ex: Human Revolution. I, personally, enjoyed Sacred 2: Fallen Angel, Two Worlds 2, Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga and Torchlight, so if you think you might like going after tons of loot and concentrating on level progression, I would put these up for your consideration. You may also want to try delving into the world of MMORPGs like World of Warcraft and Star Wars: The Old Republic, although I have no interest in them, myself. None of these recommendations involve controlling multiple characters, which I feel is something that may put off people new to the genre.

Grey is my favorite color. I felt so symbolic yesterday. If I knew Picasso, I would buy myself a gray guitar and play.

Well, I'm not living inside a dome on Mars with a robot dog.... so, no.

I'm digging it 5 hours in. As has been said, it looks fine and runs well, but I did notice the sound mix issues that someone talked about earlier In the thread. I find the combat a bit awkward, especially the dagger throwing, and the camera feels a little bit loose. Hopefully I'll get used to the little quirks fairly quickly. Otherwise, a very good game.

KoA: Reckoning and ME3. I'm only about 5 hours into Witcher 2, but if it stays on course it will definitely be up there, too.

Yes, it means something. It means that because I don't know or care about the origin or significance of its use that I have missed out on life's greatest achievement: being cool on the Internet.

I tap my chest constantly and talk to an imaginary friend named Zack due entirely to Deadly Premonition. Also, I make no sense whatsoever and have a goofy soundtrack.
