Science Adventure is a hard science-fiction media franchise from Japan that began as a series of visual novel adventure games, written by Naotaka Hayashi and co-developed by 5pb. and Nitroplus. Games from the series have since been adapted into other media, including anime, manga, and film.

The Science Adventure franchise includes the following three sub-series:

So far, there are three main games in the series: Chäos;HEAd, Steins;Gate, and Robotics;Notes. In addition, there are several spin-off titles, such as Chaos;Head Love Chu Chu! and several other Steins;Gate titles. All of the games take place in the same multiverse, though story connections between each entry are loose.

Chaos;Head, Steins;Gate, and Robotics;Notes have all been adapted into anime and manga series. Steins;Gate, the most popular of the three, has also been adapted into an audio drama, animated film, and board game.

In November 2013, a fourth title, Chaos;Child, was announced by 5pb. It released in Japan in 2014.
