God, I love all the early backstory they make up for Dojima.

We started this like 2 weeks ago and now are on episode 40. It's fucking terrible because now it's all at our fingertips. It's like a giant pile of crack set right in front of you.

I can totally go for watching the ER again, especially in a way like this. I miss that whole waiting for new episodes feeling. 
 
Almost forgot how these were pretty much non-stop hilarity. So awesome.

Never got to watch the whole ER through. So this should be excellent to motivate me. Also, doubling up on the really short episodes sounds like a pretty good idea, but that's just me.

I started a couple weeks back. Im on episode 51. Man remember when they almost lost episode 50 and the Endurance run almost came to a screeching halt? Those were good times

These video resolution issues?  Killing me inside!  Anyone with technical know-how, PM me and lend a hand and I will be grateful forever.  Disregarding that, though, Double episode today, because episode 4 is tiny.  And man, I completely forgot that episode 3 was pretty much nonstop hilarity.
  

Good plan doubling up some shorter episodes, having episode 5 at my fingertips is killing me. 
 
I actually really like Chie and Yuki...aspects of their dialogue may be kind of corny, but they're less generic than those character types usually are. Morooka's hilarious, too.

(I'm not rewatching btw but thought I'd check out how you guys were doing.) I think beating Yukiko's dungeon with the final monster was a critical point where they might have stopped if they hadn't made it.  They probably only did make it through because of help from the community of exactly who and how they should fuse.  I remember on the Bombcast around that time them saying they really thought they were going to lose and maybe hinting that would be it if they did. "

Weekend ER!!!!  It's nice not having to wait until Monday to get my fix.  
 
EP 6 though.  Good to see Yosuke having bladder problems so early in the friendship.  Keeping the dream alive!!!!

Damn. It's been two years? I remember being bored and deciding to check out a video review of MK vs DC and seeing something like episode 15 or so in the sidebar. I thought why would I want to watch these guys play such a japanese game, they'll ruin it for sure. But I cracked and had a great time following it to the end. Watching through this you get everything there is to like about Giant Bomb. A spontaneous idea, on the spot jokes, videos that start as a small catching up and turn into 70 minute monsters, complete dedication to the project with nothing being able to stop it and of course great community support. Even now Persona 4 is one of the most visited games on the site. It is super sad that it's become a bad thing to talk about a new Endurance Run. This kind of stuff is really where the Giant Bomb as a site shines.

How about setting up a Justin.tv account and broadcasting them at a set time so people can watch and discuss them all at the same time?

I didn't know whether we were doing weekends or not, but I'll probably not be watching Saturdays. 
 
This game is quite the slow burn. I'm intrigued, but man, they take a while to get going!
