I salute you Brad Shoemaker, RDR is teh best.

Skipping the fact that relatable is not a word (at least my web browser cannot recognize it), how can anyone think that Rockstar makes relatable characters?! If they are not complete psychos they are extreme stereotypes. Funny yes, good perhaps, but relatable? I just cannot see it. Also I must say I'm surprised SC2 isn't number one since Brad seems to be the internet's number one fan of that game.

I'm still blown away by the look of these videos. A great list & enjoyably different in structure from the others.

I actually agree with this list, mainly because of Dead Rising 2, Super Meat Boy, and of course Mass Effect 2.

Yea, this is definitely the best list so far. Vinny's was really good as well.

I agree on Red Dead. And you can tell how great it is since it beat Star Craft 2.

From a presentation standpoint I think Brad's list video is the best so far.
I'm strictly a Quick Looks and Bombcast kind of guy, so the offical tone in the video reviews and these lists seems uncharacteristically stiff . Here, Brad's writing strikes a balance between professional and conversational. 
And he said some stuff about games, which is cool too.

Red dead was definitely my favorite game of the year.  Possibly my favorite in the last few years.

Wow, none of the lists have Bioshock 2 like i have.

I always love Enslaved getting some recognition. But Pigsy is still one of the worst characters evrrrrrrrr

A good list from Brad, in both content and presentation! He and I continue to have quite similar tastes in games - minus his Starcraft 2 love, but that's cool ;)

Just because someone is addicted to a game, that doesn't make hit his favorite game of the year. Red dead redemption is a comepletely different game then SC2 you can't compare it to RDR in playedtime
