Almost done with the bombcast. Man, fuck that EA shit. I'm not gonna pay $60 for the game & then another $10 for some online access. I already pay Xbox for Online, why the hell would I start paying additional for that feature?  That's stupid.
 
If all the game developers are gonna start down this road, then I'll only be buying the games that I really want to play & to hell with the rest.  Their might be some semi-interesting game that I would have bought used & at least have played their game, but if I had to pay $10 extra after buying the used game, for online access that probably no one is using in its twilight stage, it's beyond stupid.  The only ppl getting shafted are the diehard fans (of sports games...is there any such thing??).
 
Here is what I see happening: a lot of games where people don't want to invest the additional money will simply not get played.  I'm sure game developers like the idea of writing shelf ware...put all that time & effort into building a game that nobody will bother to use. (NOT!)  
 
There are tons of games that don't have this shit in it.  So in the meantime...don't make mine an EA game.
We already had to put up with something similar with Spore, which was a great game, but it was snubbed by the masses due to anti-piracy features.  I'm sure Sid Meir really enjoyed how EA shit all over his masterpiece with their money-grubbing tactics added to the game (3 installs & then the game disk is useless).  It's no wonder he left EA afterwards..probably in total disgust. 

C'mon Ryan! Give us another early Bombcast!
