The trick to 'not getting sick' is to have a good immune system: balanced died + sleep + activity (preferably fresh air around you) ... that's it. You're exposed to germs and bacteria all the time and your body is under attack 24/7. Your body is always fighting, but sometimes you feel weak, because your immune system may have a hard time to keep up a couple times. If you

"feel getting sick" - stay at home. Sleep. Your body takes care of you. Most times it works to prevent getting 'real' sick.

Extra Vitamin C or any kind of pills and or enhanced food, etc does nothing, as studies show repeatedly. Check your AAAS Science and/or NPG Nature science mags papers.

First 35 minutes it's all Ryan Davis ... talking about Cards Against Humanity ... in the most dry way possible. When something is important to him or dear to his heart, he turns in to this strange NPR world economy talk radio creature.

This may be a little sad, but after my long and shitty day hearing that @Vinny actually went and saw Harold after I told him about it, and liked it, made my day.

SORRY GUYS! I counted all of the casts that are on the bombcast tab... I was also staying up real late downloading things, so I may have messed up some math in there at some point. However I think all of the goofy facts were the best part of that... just trying to find interesting time facts... and for some reason almost all of them were distance ones.
