Quick Look: Heave Ho

If you ever watch a quick look - this is the one to watch.

They said this would be a particularly fun one on the podcast.

They were NOT wrong.

Wow. This is a really good quick look already. Vinny trying to save Abby and then Alex screaming while covered in blood is chef's kiss.

This is going to be one of those games that makes me wish I had friends.

This is hilarious for such a simple concept.

This is the hardest I've laughed at a Quick Look in quite awhile.

Can't wait for more videos with this game.

I hope they play this instead of another resident evil for the next playdate because after 4 Resident Evil games nearly back to back i just am not seeing why when we have so many other HILARIOUS options like this and the rap battle game. Which will never not be funny.

Vinny please play Control because I know Alex didn't like it, but this game is 100% a Vinny game. Anyways, back to playing more Control - the best game of 2019, and 2018.

Holy shit i'm crying.

This is probably the quickest time a QL has made me want a game. Turned off after 3 minutes so as not to spoil the fun for myself.

This was amazing. I can't imagine what anyone in a neighbouring room/studio was thinking hearing STOP GRABBING ME and AHH IT'S IN MY MOUTH and I'M COVERED IN MY FRIEND'S BLOOD

Holy crap, this is one of the all time great QLs. I laughed my ass off, then 30 mins later said “fuck it” and watched the whole thing again. And laughed my ass off AGAIN.

On the beastcast they mentioned that Alex had said he had come around on control, apparently when you get a bit into it the combat skills and craziness becomes very enjoyable. It might be a bit of a slow burner. Looking forward to next weeks beastcast and hearing his newest thoughts.

People always talk about how Dan plays a character in the videos which has been proven to be false on numerous occasions. Alex is a dude who knows how to play a character. He's always been so masterful about playing up the pessimistic persona and it's one reason why I love him. :D Thanks for the video.
