I pre-ordered this immediately but I'm not at all confident the PlayLink idea is a good one. Three of the people who sat and joined in on my first Until Dawn playthrough (one of the best video game experiences I've ever had) were excited for this and then immediately kinda turned off when I told them they have to download a phone app and play on their device. They really just wanted to do like Until Dawn and shout things out to me while I operate the actual controls.
Considering it says you can play through solo, I don't see why you can't still do it that way.
Was Vinny messing with this lady's head in some way? Most characters have great faces, but the main character looked quite derpy at times. Almost like someone was moving her head around with analog sticks.
Good to see them move away from the butterfly effect genre, into the ripple effect category. That spelling out of the 'YOUR CHOICE MATTERS' stuff at the start gets pretty annoying.
