It is mind blowing because it has been going on for damn near a decade and if someone is still complaining about it by now I don't understand it.

**Just looked at your account and see that you are fairly new. I have bad news for you that this is going to be a thing that happens in almost every single one of their videos.

@deathfromace: I did assume they did more than record one video that day, and also assumed they can take breaks in between tasks. "Mind blowing" seems like an excessive response in my opinion to someone preferring to not listen/watch people eat during a show, but you are entitled to it.

@onemanarmyy: I get they try to keep it casual and that's cool. I think it would be better if they didn't eat while filming and as a fan I sometimes wish they were a bit more professional/prepared for what they are doing, but it's honestly not a big deal.

@sharkman: All humans need to do a lot of things, but not all of them are appropriate for doing during a show ;)

@sgtblumpkin: Tell me you see the irony in you complaining about someone complaining...

I see we got some real Krabby Patties down here in the comments. I love watching GB Jackbox streams. Any large group co-op/competitive game stream is my jam since I don't get many chances to play them in my day-to-day life. Fakin' It is the best Jackbox game of all time. ALL TIME.

I love seeing them play Jackbox, especially here with everyone together. The only disappointment here is how little they played.

I find Fakin' It to be incredibly fun to watch, and it's probably the one Jackbox game I prefer viewing over playing much of the time (it can be stressful as a faker!)

I'd buy all the shirts and wear them to bed every night.

I do not understand how/why Ben opens bags of chips that way...

Some bags with the jagged edges at the top are definitely easier to open that way. I'll sometimes do that with individual-sized bags that I intend to finish in one sitting.

In this case where it's a whole box of crackers and you're passing it around to other people, tearing it open and having its content spill out like that is pretty fucked.

Wish they had time to play more games, especially the faster paced games like Quiplash. Tee-KO has great payoff, but it also means about 20 minutes of this video was just everyone silently drawing/typing on their phones with nothing visually interesting happening on screen for the audience.

In regards to the eating on stream thing, it's not really a big deal for me, I'm more bothered by the crumpling of plastic bags right in front of their mics. It's a special kind of torture with headphones on.

@curryspiced: I'm with you man. I don't mind the snacking occasionally but sometimes it gets a bit much.

@curryspiced: “I do not understand how/why they are constantly eating while trying to do a show.”

You’re new here, aren’t you? The proto-Bombcast included a segment where they drank ridiculous beverages. They’ve always had a habit of eating or drinking stuff in their shows. This is completely on-brand.

@curryspiced: consuming food and drink on video has been a giant bomb thing since its inception. maybe this website just isnt for you mate

I have no issues with drinks and I wasn't talking about food/drink segments like the old energy drink tastings, the Mario Party Party Oreo Nacho cheese taste test, or mailbags goodies, those are great. Just didn't love people munching on crackers in the background of this - sorry. I think I'll stick around though ;)

I've been following the site daily since around 2010, but was mostly a lurker. Signed up for premium this year and decided to start commenting, if that makes a difference to you. Apologies if my comment preferring they not snack in the background of shows upset you so much.

I'm not the one that I upset with this. Just pointing out that it has been part of their thing for as long as the site as been around. It has never personally annoyed me but for a while it felt like Jeff did try reigning it in as Ryan looked to be the one that was way more against it but it slipped by often and after Ryan it has become much more of a thing....at least from my point of view but could be wrong.

I'm glad you decided to be part of the community more but you are going to have a rough time if this is the battle you pick as it will be often.

I appreciate that, I'm glad to be contributing more to the community. I really didn't intend for it to be a battle, although I'm sure my initial sarcastic response to you which was meant to be jokey came off as my being a jerk, so my apology was genuine.

I was honestly trying to avoid being a jerk by not singling any one crew member out by name that I tend to find really distracting when they are eating on camera, as most of the crew are very respectful about it. I wouldn't even had brought it up if Vinny hadn't seemed upset on a recent Mario Sunshine saying he thought they agreed to not snack on set when Abby brought popcorn in to Dan on the show.

@curryspiced: The Mario Sunshine thing in particular was directed at one specific video from the series where there was another back and forth in the comments sections between people that complained about the eating and the white knights that jumped in to defend. For the record, I believe I was the first comment then that wasn't a fan of the eating. For the record, I could care less if they eat or drink during a stream, and it didn't bother me here in the least, but in that particular video two of the crew were chewing popcorn directly into the microphones and repeatedly talking with their mouths full, which to me personally is disgusting. I bowed out of the conversation after that because, as always with differing opinions, some people got really nasty to defend whatever their chosen soapbox was.

I doubt Vinny was actually upset in any way, and it was more of just a reference to a particular comments thread like they sometime make. Also, in laid back, "hang out" streams like this I find it much less of a big deal or distraction than in more focused features like Sunshine

@johnymyko: I'm with you, especially since with the Jackbox games there's a ton of down time before anything happens. Not as an point as last year's videos were.

The only jack box game I have never understood is the shirt one, and I especially don’t get why it’s their favourite. Maybe it’s an American thing but I don’t get why it is supposed to be funny, are the shirts some big reference I am missing? Is it only funny when you are participating? I finally get how the scoring works but that doesn’t seem to ultimately matter much either.

agree that this was a weak episode, the t-shirt part was good but the faker part was boring as hell, its a bad game to watch people play....and I think people are complaining a little much about the chips

TKO is fun but it sure takes 15 minutes of setup and wastes 80% of the contributions.

It's the idea of the image and text combined being a funny/ridiculous thing to wear as a shirt in public. Not sure how else to explain it.

My bad, I bought these for them after the convo during the PUBG win where Abby said she'd never had CIAB.
