I don't know which is more sad: spending ages crafting a character model in a first person game like Skyrim, or you're immediately wearing a helmet that obscures those finely crafted facial features; or getting titillated over a video game that has an uncensored topless bike rider whose breasts you can almost never see because the game has a behind-the-back camera.

Actually, now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure I know which one of those is the most sad.

I was hoping this game was funny bad, but it was mostly boring bad.

At least DOA Xtreme Beach Volleyball has the benefit of actually being a quite fun beach volleyball game. BMX XXX doesn't even have that the game itself is fun going for it.

You know... as a fan of Dave Mirra's BMX, and of early 2000's rap rock, this looks pretty ok.

In early 1995 when I got my driver's license my local rock radio station was playing Basket Case once every 45 minutes or so. I liked Green Day until I heard that song so many times it made me absolutely hate Green Day. This stream is taking me back to sweet 16, smoking cigarettes in my Ford Escort with a car full of friends that resented me for not having a cassette player.

I am strictly here to learn. Teach me.

For some reason this video keeps opening the YouPorn version.

This video brings us one step closer to a Bonetown QL. For those who don't know, that was a game by dev run by a porn studio who made games about ... boning. I think it had a sequel called Bonecraft. Both are on Steam now, I think. Bonetown had an amazing add where Shaggy 2 Dope is stoned as hell on a couch and the devs are trying to get him to say something positive about the game but he can barely put together a sentence. I looked everywhere on YouTube for that trailer but it's nowhere.

GOD! I JUST had a memory reconnect in my head of a friend showing up with THIS pile of shit, Gamecube version and everything, at a LAN party when we were in high school (PCs and consoles in a friend's garage). None of us had ever played it, but we'd heard about how awful it was, but NOTHING could have prepared us. You'd think it's a linear thing, where the further back you go, the more cringe it gets, but I agree with Brad: this shit is a special kind of terrible.

Even a bunch of hormonal teenage boys couldn't put up with this crap for a glimpse of pixely FMV boobs...we went back to "Hunter: The Reckoning" on the XBOX after 20 minutes. We'd rather have been playing "Hunter: The Reckoning."
