Quick Look: Iron Fisticle

At first i thought Dan's "cutting steak for you" idea sounded kind of stupid, until i thought about Currywurst:

At one point somebody in Germany must have gone: "Man i really like sausage with ketchup and curry powder, but cutting that stuff up and putting ketchup on it, it's just too bothersome, why not sell it like that in the first place?" and voila the Currywurst had been invented!

By now there are even "sausage cutting machines" used to cut the Currywurst.
So I'm looking forward to visiting Dan's wold wide chain of "cut up steaks" restaurants in the future :D

Pre cut the steak because people in the back are trained in proper butchering techniques. Also deliver a smaller portion so the meat stays hot. Presentation wise its better because someone can approve the doneness of the steak.

@danryckert may have just defined the future of fine dining.

OK lets go over some things.

Most high end steak houses will cut your steak for you. Ones right off the top of my head that do that. Peter Lugers, Morton's of Chicago. I would never trust anyone joe shmo to cut my steak cause they would most likely cut it wrong. (before you ask, yes there is a right way and a wrong way to cut steak)

5 guys and in-n-out cook their burgers the same way, 5 guys patties are just thicker. I would say 5 guys has a better burger but for the speed and price in-n-out can't be beat. I would have an in-n-out double double over any fast food chain.

Rice in a burrito is far from mandatory in fact its just a cheap filler. Beans actually have a flavor benefit.

I dont actually know what smash TV is, but this looks fun.

Also for once I agree with Dan. I kinda just see beans as burrito filler, the meat is why i'm there.

I haven't been to Taco Bell in probably 10 years; at some point you grow up and eat better food :)

Lying down after eating I believe is not good for you and eventually leads to frequent heartburn.

@brad i lived in various parts of downtown SF for about five years, and they all had their fair share of fast food garbage

The comments on this video really delivered. Nutrition, burrito definitions, TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE TERM ROGUELIKE DO YOU EVEN PLAY GAMES, and mention of Demolition Man.

Rice is fucking amazing though.
