Quick Look: Jurassic: The Hunted

Internal organ view looks cool. Their brains weren't that big though.

I thought it looked pretty good for what it was. I definitely wouldn't play it, but for a younger kid it seems pretty solid. Decent graphics and animation, solid controls, no glaring bugs.

This Quick Look is so awesome it hurts. I call for a Darkest of Days, Jurassic: The Hunted back-to-back showdown for best game.

Endurance Run?

Great. My nightmares of dinosaurs packed into time-traveling sexophonic action.

Ryan, no offense dude but you're always so patronising towards games on nearly every quick look. I thought a quick look was there to show us a portion of a game and to inform, not to listen to you make fun from the outset. Some may and probably will say i'm being a tad harsh, but i have noticed it over the past few months, just chill a bit, ya coming across as a spoilt brat lol,  give the games some slack :)

This game doesn't look that bad. Ryan's pretty closed-minded, he was there for like 2 seconds.
 
And boo to Jeff and Brad saying dinosaurs are only for kids. I like dinosaurs a lot, thank you. They'll always be awesome.
 
And I agree that if a FPS doesn't have Halo or Call of Duty in the title, it's gonna have a hard time.  But whatever. I'm sure this game isn't awesome or anything, but it looks like some people could have fun with it. I wish the GB crew would open up sometimes or at least provide constructive criticism rather than a hate-fest. I don't particularly mean this game, but some in the past were like that like Dynasty Warriors.

This can't be NEARLY as bad as Damnation...so I'll probably rent this or something.

"What the Foxtrot!" is one of the best lines ever spoken... this year.... sort of.... OK maybe not, but it's still an awesome line... sort of.

Nah, to be fair, the game is obviously flawed, but it wasn't all bad.

I'd just like to say that there have been skin imprints from Tyrannosaurus that show it did had scaly skin, though evidence suggests some tyrannosaurids had feathers. The most popular theory is that they were born with a kind of down, like chicks, which they lost as they got bigger.

ryan is such a negative nancy. the game does not look terrible, especially when compared to other games in its price range. graphics are far better than i'd expect, and the shooting seems normal enough. only knock i had was the voice acting, obviously. it just feels like the gb crew didn't like the game only because it was an under-the-radar game. at the least it looked average, i don't know why everyone hated it so much.

The opening with the crashed plane also made me think of Where Time Stood Still.

This Quick Look has some good dinosaur facts.

I randomly saw this game on Gamefly when looking around. I laughed at it and moved on. Then I saw Jeff's Twitter on him buying this and that a quick look was on the way. I laughed some more. For such a dumb game it has brought me a lot of joy.

Budget games are games too Ryan!!!

Beats the hell out of Darkest of Days. The time-traveling plot makes more sense, too.
