After a while I got a weird Costume Quest vibe from some of this, especially the inventory/character screen "scrapbook". Which is all good because I loved Costume Quest. Game looks great.

Love the rawness of this QL, and I'm actually really interested in getting this game now. The game kinda reminds me of Adventure Time in its aesthetics and writing, and the puzzles look like they'll be more complex as the game progresses with more and more monsters in your team.

I enjoyed the 'failed' intros of this QL at the start, and I'm always glad to see some more Vinny+Alex content, good stuff.

The game itself impressed me enough that I ended up buying it on Steam; it's fun and (very) cute little puzzle game. I have to agree with Vinny about the writing being very sharp and genuinely funny; at first glance, it seems like something that would be off-putting and too saccharine, but I'm really enjoying it.

Seems like Sounas is drawing a bit of a long bow with plagiarism.
