It is weird for me since I have not been into anime in a long time, but after this year I have gotten back into Anime. It is kind of comfort food for me.

There was a salon down the street from my office that was just called "Cliché", and it always made me laugh.

The Hair Up There

I had those weird Book Socks elastic covers Bakalar was talking about.

One day I was reaching into my locker to grab one of the books and the book wouldn't could out. Since whatever spandex/elastic clothing cover stretched I pulled until the book snapped back in and my hand flew back causing me to slice my entire thumb open on the side of locker.

Basically I'm saying they were bad

@alex I know none of the other guys like Hearthstone, but I appreciate that you keep up with it and always mention the new expansions! My wife and I have been playing it since it came out of beta and it helps keep us sane in the evenings after we put our kids to bed. It has a special place in our hearts and it's always nice to hear it get some recognition on Giant Bomb podcasts.

I remember running into a Curl Up & Dye in Ireland. I think it was Connemara. That company gets around.

As a person who loves Gundams but had never watched an episode up until about a week ago I'm glad Jeff is checking out 0079. I hope he's enjoying it as much as I am.

the 1:1 RX-78-2 Gundam statue in Japan is going away temporarily while they add functionality for it to move and have an Amuro Ray cosplayer come out of the cockpit. Not kidding.

Thanks for bringing up the new HS expansion, Alex - I've only played a couple of games of it so far, but it feels like it could be a super fun expansion (after I ended up taking a couple of months off from the game because Karazhan turned into all-Shamans and I just got a little bored, then discovered Duelyst).

Also thank you to Drew for never giving up on a pun.

In Trails of Cold Steel 2, you can attack the enemies in the map and outright beat them without the battle encounter if you are overleved, you gain things by doing this. Alternatively, they run away from you aswell.

I'm sad about the Gundam statue now.

Wait, are you sure about that? I played that game not too long ago and I don't remember that ever happening. Although maybe I just never bothered to hit anything once I was overleveled enough for them to run away.
