    If you need a partner just look through the thread, there's a load of dudes looking for a partner, don't wait for someone to reply to you cause chances are that won't happen, show some initiative.

      Been just looking and not spoken up yet since, well, I hate the idea of having to stick with one character when I honestly still haven't picked my main yet. And I'm assuming since its team tournament, the team has to lose twice, or is it as crazy as i read that to be and truly single elim, with best out of three matches (meaning two match wins, wins), but beating a team (of 2) just once would be enough.      
     
    If this thing happens a bit later down the road (say when I actually have picked a main) then sure, I don't care who my partner is.... lets see..... 
     
      @Sykosis: yo, i don't care how much you suck, all i want is you to do, is train with me consistently (like a marathon session at least once a week) and I go second so I can preread the opponent. As long as you can do your special moves reliably I can train you to play smart, don't care if you don't know combos, I just need a partner that plays smart.

    edit: not that I could have a chance to win with the extra round, but at least I wont feel bad if I lose, I mean, it seems that a lot of coordination is put into place to make this work, and to be able to play only one round... mmm I don't know if it is really worth it. For those who are confident that are going to win, may to be the case, but I am sure the losing team will feel disappointed not having the chance to prove themselves in one more round that they do not suck (even if they do).

    @Pessh: You still didn't answer my question whether you have to beat the other team once or twice, since best of 3 matches in a 2 on 2 means beating the team once. So i hope you just didn't think out the correct wording and meant to say each team has to beat the other team in a best of three.

    Edit: @Nasar7: forgot about team Canada, they're still a maybe, if they're not up for it you're in. If they are, you two are first on the reserve list and someones bound to drop out/not show.
