Because most people like to play solo in public games by going spy or sniper. It is up to you to try and rally your troops and fight on !

People take engineers for granted I'm afraid. They always will do it is one of the downsides of playing the class.

I can run TF2 on full settings. However because i have a 120hz monitor i use this config to get a constant 120 fps :) When i play with my team it has less distracting effects like the ubers aren't sparkly they are just on color etc.

The field of view option is in the advanced multiplayer options.

I have my viewmodels disabled now so this doesn't apply for my anymore but increasing your viewmodels just gets rid of useless things that impair your vision.

Does it give you a advantage ? Yes it does.

Is it unfair ? No ..because anyone can easily accomplish the same thing if they wish.

It seems pretty useless to be honest. I was going to volunteer to be a coach until I read about the system... Just seems like anyone who's played the game for more than a couple hours wouldn't need a coach.
