Teddy's real name or just short for Theodore, his last name is never mentioned in the series is a full time carpenter/handyman and he is Bob and Belcher's family best friend and a loyal customer to them that he eat their burgers time to time at their fast food restaurant.
Teddy is overweight that he has a passion for eating Bob's recipes for his Burgers or anything contains trans-fats until Bob forced him to go on his diet in one episode for keeping up his fitness. Teddy had a an ex-wife named Denise as she divorced him for her interest is into Boats and she's also cheated on him for some man who slept with.
As Teddy is now currently divorced and single man who seeks for a relationship, he looks out for Bob like a brother then being his customer, also close friends with Linda and he acts like an Uncle to Tina, Gene and Louise.
He is voiced by Larry Murphy.
