UFC, what i enjoyed.
This is my first review and it really is going to be sort of difficult to really consider this a review. It really is more of a me telling you the basic functions in the game, which again isn't all of them. I feel that career mode and online are the two modes i spend the most time with so i just want to focus on those.
The game over all is fun, exciting, and at times difficult; depending on the skill level you are playing at or the skill level of you oppennant. Career mode is really where the technical aspects of this game begin to shine as you male your way through a week by week schedule or events such as training, sparring, attending a camp to improve your skill level in the two classes your fighter is catagorized in. You have a choice of boxing, muay tia, kick boxing for striking and Brazilian Jui Jitsu Wrestling and i believe that is all. The real fun in the mode though is the development process of your fighter, who you create from scratch. As you fighter slowly, and the process is slow, improves you begin to feel as if all the time you have spent on him has really paid off, thats a great feeling to have from a video game in general seeing as it can easily become very tedious going through the same menu's over and over again.
The added bonus is that once you have completed a fighters career and recieved the stats that you believe are good enough, you then can take the fighter online. This is were the game truly fucking shines. A fighter that you have put about 30 hours into is fighting against anothers persons CAF(Created Fighter). truly one of the more enjoyable moments.
Thats it for now, I don't really want to put to much time into this since im sorta baked and just wanted to get a very very very basic review out, if you can even call this that. More of a form of release i guess, just getting some thoughts jotted down on the game.
