To be honest, I was planning on not buying Uncharted 2.  With the amount of games coming out in the next month I was seriously considering purchasing it next year.  I'm glad I didn't...
 
Uncharted 2 takes everything that was awesome about the first game and makes it longer, prettier and more bad ass.  The gameplay is better, namely the stealth mechanics and grenade throwing.  The graphics, which were perfect in the first game, have somehow been improved.  The story, coupled with the best voice acting of any game I've ever played, was smart, concise and was long enough to make the game just feel perfect.
 
I'll probably go back through the game again so I can collect the treasures and maybe play a harder difficulty.  The multiplayer is fun, nothing groundbreaking, but it definitely adds replayability to a series that was lacking said feature.
 
Buy Uncharted 2, you won't be disappointed...

I loved Uncharted: Drake's Fortune- it was a fun, action packed ride filled with great characters and witty dialogue. I wasn't really expecting Nathan Drake's second outing to be much different, and in short, it isn't- but it also doesn't need to be. Uncharted 2: Among Thieves takes the sound blueprint laid by its predecessor, and tweaks a handful of small problems that needed tweaking.
