Evil Ben Franklin seems like he would be way worse.

@colourful_hippie: Not sure how you gathered that assumption, but I was pointing out the eagerness many have to be negative. It's rather tiring to continue to see it; especially when you begin to see multiple instances from the same user. I'm not going to stand out and say that the game is amazing or anything, but I've never understood the point, or usefulness, of someone watching a trailer of a game they obviously didn't enjoy. I was never a fan of the original Devil May Cry's for instance, so I don't tend to watch videos related to that sort of content. But if I do, I don't jump into a comment section to complain subjectively.

@ck1nd: In my case I only watched this cuz I would like to know if future releases for this thing aren't shit like the first one was. It has potential, but playing it just blows. Only cool thing is the premise and cutscenes.

@colourful_hippie: It's more of the case that I just don't know how to express my actual feeling towards the subject. I'm not upset at people hating on something, the game deserves it from the average review's standpoint, but it's more of people using one liners or random statements instead of expressing why. It's a personal peeve of mine that I need to get better control of.

Some AC3 haters are trying too hard. This DLC is supposed to be ridiculous. In the first part of the DLC, Connor admits that nothing makes sense, since he remembers the events of AC3, but suddenly all this crazy stuff is happening, like his mom suddenly being alive again and all of his patriot "friends" being evil. It's essentially a nonsense nightmare scenario for him, and he acknowledges it.

The developers have admitted that this DLC lets them go crazy with concepts. This allows them to use stuff like the animal powers to change up and ease the gameplay without having to worry about breaking "realism" further. The wolf power from the first part, for example, made stealth more fun.

The only crappy part about this DLC is that it's separated into three different parts. Oh, and the DLC is still super glitchy like the main game. That's also very unfortunate.

Ah, well that makes a little more sense now. Thanks for explaining.

Evil Washington seemed cool in a kind of ridiculous way, but I don't think just applying that same concept to another major figure from U.S. history really works. There's plenty more controversial things they could do with an alternate American history than this.
