Yea I was late too, just got a ps3 late last year and Uncharted 1 & 2 were some of the first games I played. 1 was very good, but wow, 2 was amazing, awesome and all kind of words like that. You're in for a good time.

Man this video looks great. Can't wait to play this one.

Both games are 30 fps. But the perceived smoothness comes from the excellent and intelligently applied motion blur effects. It really does look amazing.

Finished the first one last night. Loved it. Anxious to get started on 2. By the time I finish it, I should have Arkham City in my hands. By the time I need a break from Arkham City, Uncharted 3 will be out. I look forward to it!

If you loved the first game, UC2 will absolutely blow you away. It's amazing and still one of the best looking console games out there. It'd be awesome if I could play it again for the first time.

Ummm this game looks disgustingly good. I really want to see it in 3D, it might convince me to buy a 3D TV.

So does the game run at 60fps or was this Giant Bomb testing 60fps videos by artificially doubling the framerate?

I imagine it was 60fps cause they needed at least 30 for the 3d. So playing it in 2d = 60, it seems..

So tired of Nate as a character these days and I hope to hell that Nate's adventures will end here, ignoring the Golden Abyss thing. What I've always envisioned is to have a prequel featuring Sully during his younger years, though even with Sully's newly introduced rigor, instead of shooting/platforming it would feature Adventure game elements like Sully traversing towns, talking, scamming people, filtering for information for a new job and in general a lot of activities that would show off Sully at his sleaziest. Stealth could factor into things as well as Sully commits heists and such. 
 
All that in a what I'd picture being the 60s or 70s could be fantastic. A wholly different kind of game from what the franchise is known for, but at this point a little change is exactly what I'd want if Uncharted is to continue further.

Holy shit, I'm a little drink and this just popped up next on the playlist, but that was awesome. Throw your gun to a guy then punch him, grab the barrel of the gun and hit a dude with the stock, then elbow drop from the tops of the stairs. That was sick.

I just can't understand how anyone could enjoy this shit? Just another mindless cover-based third person shooter.

@LiquidPrince: Well, I played through Uncharted 2 again just the other week. And this definitely looks much smoother than Uncharted 2. If you're simply referring to the animations, those have been "fluid" since the first game. I, however, was referring to the framerate, which is completely separate.

I disagree. Uncharted 2 had a solid framerate.

This game....is gonna get me to buy a PS3 again...DANG IT!!
