Is there an audio version anywhere?  I'd rather just listen on my iPod.

Is the audio really bad for anyone else? The mics keep fading in and out and there is a ton of crackling.

Since our cameras had to be far from the venue's audio mixing board, we had to use wireless transmitters, which can experience interference when in a room with 800 people, each of which has an electronic device of some kind. That's what you're hearing when the audio "pops" or "clicks." There are portions of the audio that had such bad interference that I muted them entirely and substituted the audio from a shotgun mic mounted on the camera in the back of the room. That's what you're hearing when it sounds like the fidelity has been reduced. Such are the challenges of getting clean audio at trade shows!

It's great that they put up all 3 parts at once. Great Part 1, time for Part 2 which despite having Paul and Carrie, I've heard it was the weakest part of the panel.

Any chance of an MP3 version of the panel for the bandwidth-challenged?

thank you for the reply! i still really enjoyed the panel, and I don't mean to be a dick about the audio. Judging by what you said, I'm sure you spent hours trying to get the audio to sound as good as it could at all times. Thanks for the effort, Drew. I may be drunk, but I still love you.
