Cannot launch satellites if no satellites in stock to launch. 20 days, engineering? You can whip up a bulk order of plasma rifles in minutes but a basic satellite takes three weeks? Goddamn mechanics and their shifty estimates and their nickle and dimeing union negotiations. No more free coffee in the lounge until the satellite is in orbit!

Yeah, I thought it was kind of weird how some things had a build time but most didn't. In the original EVERYTHING took time to make. It was weird instantly making 4 plasma rifles the second after I researched them.

Canada was first to go for me, not sure if it was first or second month - early enough that I felt I was fumbling in the dark still.

Second was France, 3-4 months after Canada, while I was still ignoring Satelites, and never got any missions to decrease panic in France.

I'm currently at 28th of October, or something, and Mexico is in full panic mode, not had a Mexico-related mission in ages. So that's probably going to happen.
