This is a support unit for the Protoss where it has multiple abilities in providing to the Protoss:
- Stasis Field, this ability freezes any units that are in a group but cannot be attacked until it has been worn off.
- Recall - Has the ability to summon any allied units to the Arbiter's position.
- Can cloak allies in a given radius. This can deceive the enemy if they aren't equipped with detectors.
Note: The weapons on it deliver small amounts of damage.
