    First, Mengsk really, really looks like Kris Kristofferson in the featured article pic.
     
    Secondly, in the same pic, if you blow it up to its full size, you can clearly see 'KFC!' written over one of his shoulders. I don't know why this is.

    KFC is likely the artist's signature. I've never seen concept art without some sort of signature.
