As originally reported by Wired, the casual game magnates at PopCap Games have teamed up with the creator of a homebrew Bejeweled-style add-on for WoW to make something a little more official, though still free of charge. As anyone who's logged serious time with WoW knows, there are long stretches of relative inactivity, and what better way to keep players engaged than with the most popular casual puzzle game this side of Minesweeper? As an aside, I honestly think much of the praise WoW has received is well-earned, but what does it say about your game when you need to introduce another game to distract from the apparently plentiful tedious bits?
