Don't Expect David Jaffe's Next Game Next Week

You'll have to wait till the next-next E3 for that one.

David Jaffe really wants you to know that he does not use words like "peeps" in his everyday speech. I can't say I blame him; I wouldn't want people thinking I talk that way, either.

He also wants you to know he will not be showing his new game--the one he's making with his newish company Eat Sleep Play--at E3 next week, per his latest video update below. I love that the first thing you see when you click through to a David Jaffe video update is a warning for explicit language. The man is nothing if not consistent.

  

Saw this one on 1UP. What do you all think Mr. Jaffe is up to?

I'm assuming people don't like him because his opinionated manner comes across as arrogant?

I can only take him in small doses, but I find his usual honesty/no bullshit approach quite refreshing.

People get waaaaaay too uptight about Jaffe, he's just a dude who makes games and talks about what gets under his skin. People are so sensitive to these sorts of things.

In my eyes David Jaffe is one of the great men of the game industry and I love the way he curses :P

To me he's as good as Hideo Kojima or Shigeru Miyamoto.
Ever seen God of War? Well then it shouldn't be hard to guess why that game is so brutal in every way.

I quite like Jaffe, watching Geoff Keighley winding him up on Bonus Round is pretty amusing too.
