Can't believe it's been 2 years. Thank you Ryan, for everything.

Hard to imagine it's been two years. I saw his twitter account send something out and my heart skipped a beat. It's still that hard to believe. Now I'm sitting here typing this, tears in my eyes. I probably will for the rest of my days. Thanks for everything Ryan, you made me a better person over the years, I love ya brother.

I miss Ryan every week when he doesnt start the show with "It's Tuuueesssday!" And still have random thought and memories about him and my all too few interactions with him.

I don't even understand how it's already been two years. Feels like yesterday you were around to lose hats all over the old west, or putting the smackdown Gamespot's Quoted for Truth show about PS Vita games. Or simply burning a pile of cash while laughing. Man, you were one in a million. Thanks again, Ryan, for the good times! Still miss you, duder.

I rewatched the Demo Derby with an Xbox demo disc, and when the demo of Burnout called for the Xbox to be online (which ended if you don't remember) the only online name that popped up on the Xbox was Nachoboss, and there was an odd pause, like they just remembered Ryan.

I stil miss him.

@dt9k: Totally with you. I just went back and watched the entire run. It's great when they yell over to him for the school test answers and he just makes shit up. Also wonderful was the making of video in the first third of the run where Ryan "hosts".

Moments in "Wipeout: The Game", "Tales From Space: About a Blob", and Harry "Porter" - thanks for your laugh in those that stand out for me and the tantrums (particularly in Game Room). Also for pretending to be in a western and getting your hat shot off (or not) a dozen times.

Ryan talk happens, and I'm instantly grinning.

I really missed Ryan during that last e3 live show segment.

Patrick has talked about how we forget people that passed on from us as time goes on (and hopefully I'm not butchering his words), but I'll still try to keep that memory I have of Ryan alive through the great things he's done over the years, including this year. A lot of people have called today Ryan Davis Day, and some have celebrated it by sharing their thoughts on him and listening to summer jams (I think people were even linking The Realest Summer Jams). I'm going to try to do the same, but I think it's important to also take the time to remember to cherish the people that important to you.

Watching the Fortune Street TNT again. Ryan is hilarious!

I remember when I heard about his death I wasn't really paying attention to GB as I used to but once I heard the news I went all the way back to where I left off and watched all the videos with Ryan Davis in it. When I was about 7-8 I discovered Gamespot, Jeff, Ryan, Brad, and yeah I was practically raised on listening to On the Spot and The Hot Spot. Ryan Davis will always be a source of inspiration in my life.

Just thinking about Ryan brought a smile to my face. Thanks for everything.

I usually come here every so often to say something. I remember coming here last year on this day. I had a really bad day that day, but discovered an album of music that's now my absolute favourite. Whenever I listen to it, I get vivid images of that day and of Ryan. Today I ran while listening to it, but it doesn't make me sad. It uplifts me, and makes me remember how much fun and happiness Ryan brought everyone.

Thanks Ryan. Always miss you.

Been on this roller-coaster since 03', so hearing the news back when it hit left me depressed for quite some time. Started working my way through the bombcast a few months back, starting at Arrow Pointing Down. It's so nice to hear to the big dawg's voice during the drive to work.

I never knew him, but I still miss him; even today. His voice rang through my ears when I was facing long runs training for a marathon or long nights grinding out code. I won't forget how endurable Ryan made those bleak afternoons, those long nights, with his humor, his enthusiasm.

Sad to see this was unpinned from the forums. I always try to frequent and read peoples thoughts every few weeks
